The staff at RIU Gresham are very professional courteous and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and informative. Great location and amenities. Looks so much better since it was refurbished.

Great location.
It was fine for just one night. The deadbolt didn’t lock, and the safe didn’t work. The room felt more cramped as there was a slated wall on one side (severely limited standing room and space for luggage).
It was nice they left snacks and some bottled water in the fridge for guest use.
Again, we were there less than 24 hours, and it suited our purposes.

"We loved staying in Ross House. The place is quiet but close to many amenities. We loved canoeing on the lake. The pier is only 200m from the hotel.
