We had a lovely stay in the house. It’s has everything you need and is a great base for exploring the area. It has lovely comfortable spacious bedrooms and living area and kitchen. I would definitely like to come back there again.
Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings, plenty of fishing and beautiful scenery.. house was spottless.. would definitely recommend and will be back 😁
My wife and I had a lovely time in Rosmuck. The cottage was clean and Michael was great. The location was good to get into Galway and around Connemara. Overall a very nice place to base out of.
A week at Weaver’s Cottage in Rosmuck, County Galway.
Lovely well-kept cottage will spacious rooms and all amenities. Quiet location with breathtaking view of the sea. Host and brother were very hospitable. A pleasant experience. Would recommend to others for a holiday stay.
An ideal place to relax with family. Nice and big house. The house has absolutely everything you might need. Very beautiful nature. The lake and many swans impressed. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back.
We loved our vacation at the house. It was the perfect base for day trips to Galway (50min) and to explore Connemara. The house is located at a fast, but not too busy road. Nevertheless you can't just walk out for a stroll with the kids and would definitely need a car. The house was well equipped and Una and her brother (lives next door) helped us out with a new toaster right away. Towels are provided as well, although we washed them before using. The house was clean enough for our family (with two little ones, we're used to crumps everywhere). However, others mind find it a little "dusty" especially under the furniture. All in all we had a great time at the house und would come back!
The House was in a peaceful remote location right across from it you have the sea. You have all necessities in the house, from a well equipped kitchen to towels and a washingmachine.
We stayed at the end of October/ beginning of November and the house was warmly heated when we arrived.
The communication with our host Una was uncomplicated and the registration for the house went without problems.
We all enjoyed the stay very much in the quiet site in the wilderness of Connemara ! The very remote location in wonderful landscapes was a real pleasure for us
Was situated just right to be able to travel around and visit all the must see sites in Connemara. Road was busy at certain times but didnt distract from the peaceful area. Would definitely need a car, but plenty of parking at the house and free parking available at all visitor sites.
We had a great week in Connemara and the house was fantastic! A shoutout to Michael (Una’s brother), who was very helpful and pleasant. We recommend visiting Glengowla Mines and Kylemore Abbey.
Cottage was wonderful, just as described. Location was remote as expected. Took this American some adjustment to navigate the narrow country roads. Great trip all around.
Authentic and cosy cottage - next to the sea. Plenty of space (up to 9 persons can sleep here ...) - several bath rooms available; large kitchen, big refrigerator, coffee machine, and also otherwise very well equipped (... a dishwasher would however be a plus - especially if you are numberous here ...). We have spent a wonderful week in this beautiful spot of Ireland.
Very well-maintained and clean house, comfortable beds, very good location for exploring connemara. The house is on a main road so a car is needed. Also we would have liked to have a dishwasher.
