Located in Rosman, NC (Just outside Brevard), our cabin will give you Grove Park Inn vibes! A wood-stove overlooking the mountains with large windows has recently been added to compliment the wood burning fireplace with a stone wall. A large, open-concept living room has plenty of space for your group with the kitchen nearby so those family or friend moments aren't missed! A complete basement gameroom is perfect for kids or those rainy days where you can't explore the outdoors. Our 3BR, 3BA log cabin sits on 5+ acres atop the mountain with unobstructed views from the open-concept living room, spacious kitchen, and two porch decks with outdoor seating and a brand new hot tub that is professionally maintained and cleaned. Look no further \~ Your ultimate mountain vacation awaits! Its complete privacy to enjoy your vacation, or as we call it, Bearadise! The main level features a large kitchen with a dining table + extra bar seating. The large living room has panoramic windows facing the mountains with a separate seating area, cozy reading nook with books, and sectional couch facing the wood-burning fireplace and OLED TV. A separate kids play area is off the kitchen for the little ones, as is a dresser stocked with board games for inside fun. The master bedroom is on the main level with a large master bathroom (steam shower, jetted tub, his and her vanities). The loft bathroom is also on the main level, as is the main-level laundry room. The loft is upstairs, open to the large common area with a queen bed. Off the loft you'll find a separate small deck with a covered porch, to enjoy those mornings with nature overlooking the firepit, beautiful trees, and fenced-in backyard. The basement is complete with oversized bedroom, bathroom, as well as a complete gameroom (pool table, air hockey, pacman, foosball, skee-ball, golden tee, X-men arcade, dartboard) . Queen Sleeper Sofa with an upgraded mattress has recently been added in the gameroom for extra sleeping space! The bedroom has two sets of bunks (twin xl/queen and queen/queen) and a second laundry room is attached. High-speed internet. DirecTv on both OLED TVs! Extra Information about the house: \- The HOT TUB is professionally maintained by a local company \- The propane grill site on the large front porch with plenty of outdoor seating. Propane is provided. \- The fire pit is in the backyard with Adirondack chair seating. Firewood provided! \- The yard is fenced for your furry friends and we are pet friendly! A pet fee of $150 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet applies. Winter Weather Warning (Please read if traveling during winter months): We’d love for you to visit us on the mountain. The last mile to the house is mostly level gravel road, but the driveway is asphalt. However, it is steep. 2WD is perfectly fine for all times of the year, with the exception of snow showers and freezing rain. Since we cannot predict these events, we recommend extreme caution and 4WD if these events are likely to occur. Your safety is our top priority, so we will do everything we can if these events occur unexpectedly. The HOA is responsible for clearing the roads to the house, but we cannot guarantee immediate clearing. However, we will do our best with local contacts (quick service on the mountain can be difficult). Please feel free to reach out with any questions or for clarification. The property is a little further outside of Brevard, in Rosman, but so central to all the best hiking in Brevard (the land of waterfalls), Hendersonville, and even into South Carolina. Great central location! The kitchen was beautiful for making healthy dinners every night and the views were out of this world! The view from the deck, kitchen and living room were breathtaking. The house was well equipped and we felt very at home. Loved the play area off the kitchen for the small children, the loft was great for the middle child. The play room down stairs was great with all the games(all worked great). Plenty of room in the down stairs room with the bunks which were very comfortable. Very close to lots of outdoor activities such as hiking and going to town. The house is beautiful and the views are outstanding. Our grown children really enjoyed the game room and hot tubs and the beds were very comfortable. From booking to checking out, this was a magical experience. The owners respond quickly to questions and concerns. It was easy to get into the property with directions they provided. This cabin is beautifully crafted, and takes advantage of all the open space creating cozy alcoves to relax, unwind, and take in the breathtaking views. Along with the living room and outdoor patios as well as the jacuzzi. The kitchen overlooks the mountains and has enough room for everyone to be together for cooking, baking, as well as meals! The bedrooms are large, and the linens/decor all pull together that perfect mountain cabin feel. We will definitely consider coming back and we highly recommend this property. ##### Alexander L.
