The property is excellently located — very convenient and accessible. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay pleasant overall. There are, however, a few areas for improvement: 1. The elevator availability is limited — having only one per tower is insufficient for the number of guests. 2. The air conditioning in the rooms is extremely noisy, which can be disruptive at night. 3. Room cleaning every three days feels too infrequent; more regular housekeeping would be appreciated. On the positive side, the breakfast service is very good, and the parking facilities are outstanding. Overall, a solid option with great potential if a few things are addressed.

Very clean and beds were comfortable. However the rooms felt cold and sterile with no decore’ or anything to make it feel warm and inviting. Also very noisy as there are no drapes or rugs or anything to dampen the sounds. Also, transportation is only for Universal. The description says free shuttle to “parks” which is misleading. Disappointed in the “grille” as it was only open 1 day and we were there for an entire week. If your looking for a place to just crash at night then It’s fine. If your wanting more of a resort then maybe look elsewhere.

Beds were very comfortable. There were tons of food options around the area

The room was comfortable but very outdated and worn compared to the online photos. For the price, I feel I overpaid. At the pool, there were no beach accessories like floaties, and no pool towels were provided in our room despite being told they would be. There were also no activities for kids at any of the pools. Not to mention, nowhere on Expedia did it list that parking wasn’t included, and I was charged $20 a day upon arrival. Overall, disappointing for the cost.
