Pros: Spacious, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok, ample parking. Cons: Pillows were too soft, TV channels did not work the second day, no enough hooks in the bathroom, bathroom door was translucent (not good if you are with friends as it is right in front of the bed), lobby was small and very noisy, one elevator was not working so it too ages to arrive, A/C (fan) went off at 4:30am and did not come back until 6:30am so room was very hot, also friends said their room was not cleaned after a day despite several requests.

This hotel met all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing evenings. The included breakfast was a full meal, and being able to hop right on the 880 made this a perfect place to stay.

Although the property needs some updating, it is quiet, decent and good location. Rather than staying in an expensive hotel in Sam Francisco or Oakland area where you have to pay parking, stay in this property.

"Room wasn’t the cleanest and the pull out couch was broken, but staff was so kind and professional, offering switch us room.things gets overlooked, accidents happen but they had top notch excellent customer service. I will be booking with this hotel again."
