"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."
