"After check in to room 111..(at the very back of the hotel .which is relevant after telling the agent and her seeing me with a cane)...took a shower...wait..no I didn't..there was NO hot water...well I'll tough it out..oh wait..no towels..after slowly walking back to the office I was informed the cleaning staff had gone for the day and there was no towels...next morning..they don't come in til 9AM...(checkout is 11AM..one kind soul was able to find me a washcloth and small hand towel...oh well...no shower I guess...after checking out I was informed the 75$ "deposit" would be back on my debit card on 7 to 10 business days..so in 2 weeks I hope to get the entire 75$...any other questions? 'nuff said"
