Great location, nice buffet breakfast, friendly staff. It was nice to be able to go to sauna and have a swim and relax in the hot tub. But if you ever plan on renovating the sauna, please consult anyone from Finland beforehand!

Make sure if you’re staying at this location you get the upgrade. We stayed for two weeks in an inside room that I believe they said atrium. The room was so tiny. No room to move around. There was zero natural light. Very depressing. We asked to cancel to move elsewhere but we booked through Expedia.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive
