The property is in the middle of downtown Roseau so it was easy to walk around town and there was easy access to transportation to get to the different places in Dominica.

The property was in a convenient location exactly what I was looking for, for the occasion... in the center of town but for the price during that time, not exactly the Ritz. No room conveniences except for an iron which i had to ask for. No refrigerator or coffeepot it was barebones. Room cleaning only upon request. The front desk staff was excellent, pleasant but limited in what they could help you with. Could do with an upgrade in management

Great staff and service
The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my last minute emergency booking. The hotel is in the heart of the city and close to everything. It is not the type of hotel I am accustomed to but I made it work for the 2 nights.

The room was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly. Dominica is getting a little noisy but I was able to get a good night sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Disappointed
Stayed 1 night for my Business trip. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but I had to pay for it (they said that special menu should be charged extra, while I had no idea which is the "special" menu). Hairdryer was supposed to be offered upon request, but a lady in the front desk said that they do not have one anyway. Disappointed overall.

Great location in the middle of town. I really missed have a desk as I was there for work. Some shampoo would have been quite good too. Breakfast was mysterious. No one told you what was available, you just sort of had to try and ask.

Pleasant Evening, Note that all our Executive rooms are equipped with desk. All rooms, both Standard and Executive are now fully equipped with flat screen smart tvs and also in our dinning area. Following Hurricane Maria the project of replacing all televisions have been completed and our Wi-Fi has been upgraded. Seeing that we are receptive to constructive criticism, we are sure the cleaning lady would be happy to have been told directly. Thanks for your review

Will Not Go There Again
I went for business for one week. Noisy at nights from karoke across the street. I woke up late one morning (on Saturday) and was down to breakfast at 9AM but the staff told em they prepared none since I missed my usual 7.30 time and assumed I was not having any. That was pretty unprofessional.

Good Location and that is about it.
Hotel Reception desk had 3 staff when I arrived and none of them could find my reservation. Thank goodness I paid for an international package on my cell phone and was able to show them the reservation in my emails. My reservation was for a room with one queen sized bed and I was instead provided a room with a double and single bed. No elevator in this hotel. Window catch in my room was broken, which meant the window wouldn't close properly and the hotel is on a very busy street with a bar almost directly across the road. My room was meant to have a bar fridge in it, which was delivered a few hours after check-in, complete with a suspiciously curly looking hair inside. Walls in room badly marked and scuffed. The tiles and grout in the shower were so dirty/stained, that I showered with flip flops on and the shower rail was so badly rusted, that the rust soaked into a shirt I had hung up to dry and would not come out with either detergent or bleach. One positive to the bathroom was that the sink/basin was deep and therefore great for hand-washing clothes. The room had both US and UK wall outlets which was handy. Linen on the beds was clean and the double bed was relatively firm and comfortable. The single bed sagged a little in the middle. My breakfast order in the hotel dining room was taken 3 times by 2 different waitresses and took 45 minutes to be served. It was however very tasty once served - eggs, ham, toast, fruit juice and fruit.

Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff
Hotel is conveniently located in the City. Most importantly for me was the 5 minute walking distance to the Roman Catholic Cathedral Chapel (the Cathedral is being renovated) as I needed to attend all my Holy Week masses, which were great. The hotel itself was clean and the room airconditioned with an additional standing fan in the room. The smiling management and staff were very hospitable, friendly, accommodating and always ready to assist where possible. The meals were OK. I honestly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others. The only downside was the nearby disco which plays music too loudly at night; that, however, didnot interfere with my sleep.

The location is the key, but overall expensive for the price. When cruise ships are gone Roseau gets extremely quiet and you would do better somewhere else. For example, the nice hotel bar was closed.

nous avons choisi cette hôtel car il était en plein centre et très accessible depuis le port ; Malheureusement juste en bas de l'hotel un bar est ouvert tous les soirs et la musique est à fond jusqu'à 3h du matin ! le reste du quartier est calme mais cette rue pas du tout ! donc pour faire la fête vous êtes au bon endroit mais pas pour aller randonner le matin !!!

Hotel en plein centre de Roseau
Séjour de 5 nuits dans cette hôtel, situé en plein cœur de Roseau. Idéale pour utilisée les transports locaux. Chambre simple mais très fonctionnelle. Personnel disponible toute la journée avec en prime un super petit déjeuner : fruits frais, omelette, pain beurre... Très complet pour attaquer nos journée de visites et de randonnée. Le point négatif reste le bruit. Mauvaise insonorisation. Nous avons donc participé malgré nous aux soirées karaokés du bar d'en bas... Et également des vas et viens la nuit

Le confort est TRES SOMMAIRE. Chambre non sécurisée. Espace sous la porte d environ 3 cm Salle de bain avec les supports de rideau cassés. Chambre poussiéreuse. A l arrivée, l accueuil ne trouvait pas notre reservation. Les nuits tres bruyants : le gardien qui traine les chaise du refectoire. Donc les bruits résonnent dans les chambres. La climatisation qui se coupe en permanence. Au niveau des fenêtres, pas d obscurité pour la nuit.

N'y allez pas.
J'ai été très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le prix est exorbitant par rapport à ce qui est proposé. En outre, il y règne une mauvaise organisation. On m'a par exemple demandé de payer trois fois un dîner que j'avais réglé le jour même. Enfin, clou du séjour, l'hôtelière m'a affirmé n'avoir aucune "relationship with hotels. Com" alors que ma réservation avait été payée. J'ai donc été forcée le jour j du check out de laisser les coordonnées de ma carte bancaire afin de partir, carte que je me suis empressée de bloquer à mon retour en Martinique, afin de ne pas payer mon séjour à deux reprises. C'est le temps qui m'a manqué pour les dénoncer à la police, puisqu'ils apparaissent sur un site de réservation qu'ils méconnaissent selon eux, puis prétendent faire payer le client deux fois son séjour, le jour du départ.
