The cabin includes all linens, paper products (tt paper, towels) pot & pans, basic soaps, shampoo, & basic spices are included along with coffee/creamer. Outside (summer months) offers a BBQ grill, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor chairs, porch bench & large driveway. We also offer wifi with a 50" smart tv that you can access Netflix or your other streaming accounts. Sunrise Cove is conveniently located near hiking & snowmobiling trails. fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, local restaurants, stores, gas & much more. Bring your toys & launch at the South State park or rent any number of items locally. A couple house rules: All guests must be accounted for in reservation No smoking of any kind inside or near open windows Dispose of butts in trash Dog owners must: pick up feces outside, have dog leashed while outside & keep pet off furniture or an extra cleaning charge upwards of $250 can be charged Additional $50 cleaning fee for 1 dog per stay. The cabin looked even better in person than in the pictures, and we had it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had fun getting ice cream at one of the many close spots, and spent the day at South Higgins Lake State Park which was a quick drive away. The lot the cabin is on is large, providing plenty of space for kids to play, have a picnic and campfire.
