"The gite is in a quiet street in the authentic and accessible mountain village of vicdessos. A car is handy for accessing some fabulous mountain walking. The gite is very well equipped with a good kitchen and bathroom. There is a good unfussy garden space with views. The sofa isn’t great but the main bed is comfortable. The village has a restaurant / bar - serving good local beers and decent food."

"What a wonderful stay we had with Sarah. Communication with Sarah was quick and friendly, and check in was straightforward. The gite was perfectly clean, and so well equiped. They had a travel cot, highchair and all sorts of other bits and bibs for our little ones to enjoy. The setting itself was beautiful, well into the countryside and so peaceful. "The only compromise is the small toilet and shower room which is in the bedroom, making privacy difficult. A washing machine would be welcome however Simon and Martina kindly let us use their machine. Overall a good stay and happy to recommend this accomodation"

"If your idea of a perfect gite is to sit on a verandah with an amazing view of the mountains and a glass of wine, and to let the evening close in around you, then this is the place for you. The Restoration Place had an excellent kitchen and dining area, a super-comfy bed and - oh what bliss - a rain shower. It was also spotlessly clean. I honestly would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for an unforgettable holiday."

The property is well set up with everything you may need during your stay; the rooms are bright and cosy, and the surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful.
