It features an attractive 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 150 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:

\- A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen (barbecue, plancha, pizza oven)  
\- Games room with pool table and double sofa bed  
\- Separate WC

Second floor:  
\- A 70 m² living room with sofa and dining area  
\- A first-floor terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob...

Second floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower)

The house is ideally located in Les Issambres (Roquebrune-sur-Argens), in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Nearby (1.5 km) you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles).
