Magnificent villa with stunning sea views. With its 4 spacious bedrooms and its independent studio, it is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for comfort and tranquility.  
  
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the space and the large glazed kisses that allow you to fully enjoy the sea from all rooms of the house.  
  
you will have at your disposal, 1 master room with bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom and 2 bedrooms communicating by a shower room. 1 toilet on the landing. All rooms have sea view from the large balcony.  
  
On the ground floor, a large living-dining room with a sea view and overlooking a terrace. guest toilet and laundry. The well equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals.  
  
Meanwhile, young and old can play ping pong.  
  
The highlight of this villa is its exterior with its large terrace inviting you to relax. The private pool, is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy the sun while admiring the sea view.
