Superb heated pool villa 180 ° view of the Mediterranean Sea

Superb villa, swimming pool, magnificent 180 ° panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, neo-Provençal style, 300 m2, quiet not overlooked, on a plot of 4000 m2.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 people, 10 people in the villa (240 m2) and 4 in a housing of 60 m2 adjacent to the villa.

The villa :

5 bedrooms with dressing / closet and TV, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet including 1 with bath, 1 separate toilet, very large living room of 70 m² equipped with a TV (apple TV, DVD player and WIFI speaker 50w) including 2 large windows with brick view sea.

Equipped kitchen, utility room with American fridge and washing machine 5kg.

In the basement, washing machine (17 kg) and a tumble dryer (10 kg).

The Villa has a terrace of 100 m2 with 180 ° sea view and equipped with 2 WEBER barbecues (14 people) and a cast iron plancha at your disposal.

The garden is illuminated by LED lighting.

Internet WIFI.

Ping pong table and petanque area.

Alarm.

Housing :

The independent housing contains 2 bedrooms, a small sitting area with sofas, TV, DVD player, 1 bathroom with shower and wash basins, 1 separate toilet, washing machine 5kg.

Pool area:

Large swimming pool (5 x 12 meters) heated (optional heating 175 euros per week).

Large sunbathing beach with 3 umbrellas and 14 aluminum sunbeds with sun protection. Shower.

Poolhouse with dining area including 1 sink, 1 fridge, 1 dish washer.


Garden:

The garden of 4000 m2 is fully fenced and has an automatic gate that gives access to the driveway and an outdoor parking with space for 4 cars.

A quiet, spacious and well located villa that is perfect for families.

Parties are prohibited, a commitment will be requested at any rental request.
Non-smoking.
Note that the accommodation is not bookable regardless of the villa.

You will be welcomed by Cédric (languages: French, English and Dutch)


Additional costs :

Heated pool: 175 euros per week.
Final cleaning: 300 euros for the villa (mandatory) and 100 euros for housing if used.

Fantastic stay and views in well-equipped villa

We stayed in the amazing villa with our family of 3 generations and everybody had a great time. In particularly we enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. The views are absolutely fantastic. Also the villa is well-equipped and spacious, which works very well for a big group. Finally, we had great communication with the hosts. We can definitely recommend this villa and the hosts.

Fantastic villa

We had a fantastic family holiday at the villa. The accommodation is lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious, and extremely well-equipped. The thoughtful gifts were most welcomed (especially the champagne!) - thank you! The outside areas are excellent with gorgeous panoramic views, and the pool is heated. The games provided - board/card games, darts, ping-pong, pool basketball and volleyball, and pétanque - kept us entertained all week. Pierre and Frederique (and Nathalie) communicated very well and were very welcoming and helpful. We could not have had a lovelier time. Thank you.

Beautiful stay in Côte d’Azur Freju

Wonderful!

From the amazing welcome gifts to the beautiful views, this house surpassed expectations for our 3 families staying here. The house is fantastic and all rooms are air-conditioned, it also made a difference having things you normally have to buy such as washing powder, bin bags etc already there. The pool was perfect and our 6 teenagers and adults loved spending time either in or by the pool. Nearby Les Issambres is also perfect for restaurants, beaches etc. Nathalie and Pierre were also very welcoming. In summary, I can highly recommend this house, we would definitely love to come back.

Dejlig stor villa, der kunne rumme vores familie i 3 generationer. Navnlig den separate lejlighed faldt var værdsat så den ene familie med små børn kunne være lidt for sig selv. Villaen rummede alt hvad der behøvedes og vi havde et skønt ophold.

Sehr schöne Villa und sehr schöne Umgebung

Nach einem netten Empfang haben wir den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen und wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Nathalie hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Die Villa liegt sehr geschützt und ruhig. Es gab keine Nachbarn, die sich über uns beschwert haben. Die Ausstattung ist für größere Gruppen optimal. Den fantastischen Ausblick werden wir echt vermissen. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieter, die sich bei unseren Wünschen sehr zuvorkommend und kulant gezeigt haben.
