This holiday rental is located on the heights of Les Issambres.  
  
35 m² apartment on the 1st floor of a secure residence overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, with hillside and pool views. The residence offers a swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque court, and secure visitor parking with digicode access.  
  
You will enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by pine trees and greenery, while remaining close to the coastline.  
  
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate WC, a living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three single sleeping spaces, and a television.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning included.  
Security deposit: €300  
Bed linen and towels available at extra cost (please check with the agency).  
  
Please note: non-smoking accommodation. Smoke detector installed. Not suitable for persons with reduced mobility (PRM). Private rental (Article 155, IV of the French Tax Code).
