Located in Les Issambres, in a quiet residential area.  
Family home comprising an entrance hall, living room with lounge and dining area, separate fitted kitchen opening onto a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your meals, a master bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room, separate toilet.  
On the garden level, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and adjoining shower room, a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a 4th bedroom with a double bed in 160, shower room with toilet.  
The well-maintained exterior features a secure swimming pool bordered by a terrace with a summer sitting area and sun loungers.  
The house has a beautiful sea view.  
Bed linen and towels are not provided. This is an option that we will offer you when you book.
