- Villa very bright cozy and refined in which it is good to live with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bath.
In an exceptional environment that has different landscaped areas such as sun bed, deckchairs, lounges, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar, which allow you to enjoy the gentle Côte d'Azur
On one level, with a partially shaded terrace of almost 400 m2 and an outdoor shower with sea view.
A large heated pool is located on one of the lower banks in a garden (palm, jasmine, mimosa ...)
The house has a private closed parking with electric gate
