Our apartment is located in a residence (closures equipped with digital codes) green and quiet, enjoying numerous sports facilities: 4 tennis courts (2 quick & 2 synthetic), 2 pools + 1 paddling pool, a beach volleyball court, a basketball court 3 bowling greens, 3 pingpong tables and children's games. Our house consists of 2 rooms (1 bedroom and dining room) with bathroom and bathroom with 1 bath separate 1 mezzanine (1 large room) + 1 loggia which closes at will thanks to a bay window system folding sliding and offers winter and summer an additional living room. In this particularly pleasant and bright room, thanks to the "glass wall" system, you get a total view of the sea bay window is open or closed and you can even out of season, breakfast enjoying a panorama exceptional. You can also enjoy the sun all day either on the balcony with sea view or on our garden terrace overlooking a garden with independent entrance. With automatic watering you can, without constraint, enjoy various Mediterranean trees and shrubs (fig tree, laurel, strawberry tree, aloe, thyme, rosemary ..). Our home is part of a group of terraced houses in a flowery field where it is pleasant to walk. This accommodation is ideal for 4 people, however pets are not allowed.
