"Nous venons de passer 1 semaine à 10 dans cette superbe maison dont le réveillon de Nouvel An, et ce séjour fut une réussite: la maison était parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison avec en plus la possibilité de se reposer ou de papoter sans gêner le moins du monde les autres. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Françoise pour cause d'horaire tardif d'arrivée mais celà n'a posé aucun probléme et nous avons toujours pu échanger...

Toute la famille a passé de beaux moments, que ce soit autour d'un apéro improvisé lors d'une partie de pétanque ou lors de moments plus sportifs au bord de la rivière. "The villa is large with comfortable, modern furnishing and a large lounge area. The grounds are pretty and spacious. There are two very nice outside dining areas. The poolside furniture is plentiful and comfortable and benefits from a second kitchen area with fridge/freezer and barbecue. HOWEVER U.K. vistors be aware! Sheets, pillowcases, towels - bathroom, poolside or dishtowels - are not provided. This was not mentioned in the villa description. Carrying household linen will make quite a dent...

"We enjoyed a wonderful week at this charming historic village home. Pierre’s wife met us at the house to leave the keys and show us around. Despite the language barrier we were able to understand some of what she told us. There did seem to be some miscommunication about towels for the kitchen and bath being provided but she was kind enough to supply those after we requested them. We had no other issues and found the location of the house to be perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside...

"Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. The house needs a bit of TLC as the toilet was leaking and did not flush properly when we arrived. (the owner sorted for us on the second day). The plugs in the bathroom sinks did not work either. "First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
