     Of very recent manufacture (2019), this house has been designed in high environmental quality in order to tend towards 0 solvent or other emissions. Built in stone on a semi-buried garage, this configuration provides good humidity which contributes to the freshness and the healthiness of the ambient air: perfect for rejuvenating your body. The cottage includes the house with private access on three levels, garage, living area, sleeping area, with swimming pool and ornamental garden.

Nous étions en famille 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est conforme à la description décorer avec goût et super confortable. Durant les fortes chaleurs les enfants ont profité de la piscine dès le matin jusqu'au soir. Nous avons apprécier pouvoir faire des grillades...Les propriétaires sont attentionés et très sympatiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Gite agréable et bien situé

Le gite est confortable, spacieux et fonctionnel, le propriétaire est sympathique et serviable. Nous avons toujours trouvé des places de parking à l'extérieur quand nous le désirions (je trouvais l'accès au garage/cave un peu compliqué pour mettre 2 voitures, question d'habitude et de maitrise des manoeuvres, certainement). Mais il y a beaucoup de place pour stocker vélos et autres équipements même avec 2 voitures. La piscine, bien que petite pour nager, est suffisante pour se rafraichir et s'amuser avec les enfants. Puissalicon est un petit village calme et agréable, situé à distance raisonnable de beaucoup d'endroits interessants. Région sympa pour des balades à vélo (mais avec un peu de dénivelé quand même). Nous recommandons

Un mois à Lo Bornat

Marie-France et Daniel nous ont accueillis en toute simplicité dans leur grande maison de village dotée d’un grand espace de vie bien agencé, de 4/5 chambres avec sanitaires individuels. Nous avons grandement apprécié le jardin et sa piscine que Daniel entretient chaque matin de bonne heure. L’un comme l’autre savent être serviables tout en restant très discrets alors qu’ils habitent la maison voisine; mais chacun a son intimité. Le village médiéval de Puissalicon est charmant, compte 3 restaurants de qualité ainsi que la visite hebdomadaire d’un bon charcutier et d’un écailler. Les bourgs très proches de Magalas et Lieuran-les-Béziers offrent tous les commerces nécessaires. De belles balades ou jogging dans les vignes autour du village nous ont remis en forme. Nous cherchions à nous reposer et à nous retrouver en famille: objectifs pleinement atteints!

Trop cher ..

Gîte propre et sympa mais trop cher pour ce que c’est. Je m’explique : Obligation d’arriver APRÈS 17h et le jour du départ le propriétaire est là à 8h pour nettoyer la piscine. Fête interdite .. et autant dire qu’il n’y a rien d’autres à faire que la fête dans ce village donc décevant .. Donc nous sommes arrivés le vendredi après 17h et le dimanche matin le propriétaire nettoyait la piscine à 8h.. leur maison est également à côté donc on ne se sent pas en toute intimité. Il est un peu inadmissible de prétexter le nettoyage de la piscine à 8h du matin quand on paye un week end COMPLET plus de 900€.. Et de devoir partir à 10h.. du coup ce n’était pas un week end complet mais un séjour du vendredi 18h au dimanche 8h. Tout est fait pour amener du monde à la chaîne et non pas pour permettre l’entier séjour. Dommage .. il faudrait que le bien être des clients passe après l’argent et les réservations. Alors certes c’est indiqué dans la description mais la déception est plus grande que le côté sympa du gîte et que le bon accueil des propriétaires.

The house was good and like it said in the description. Though it was no garden to sit in and we was only allowed to use the pool monday-thursday 10-18! We felt a bit dissatisfied with the limited access to the pool and garden.

Un agréable séjour dans une belle région

Très beau gîte bien équipé. La loggia où nous avons pris nos repas est splendide et permet d'être toujours à l'ombre pour manger à l'extérieur. Belle piscine où l'on peut respirer le romarin. Village un peu bruyant le matin sinon rien à dire. Daniel et Marie France très discrets mais néanmoins sympathiques
