"The property was not as depicted in the pics. Yard was overgrown to the point it was hazardous. The so called river was no where within 100 yds as claimed & was nothing but a stagnent pond. Lawn chairs were thrown upside down. It was so bad I didnt even stay but took a loss. Next to the property ..."
