"The hotel was easy to locate and reception staff was friendly and professional. The room was mostly clean but needs a couple of lamp shade replacements along with curtains. It's a large hotel so it lacks simplicity and comfort. It was fine for one night and totally overpriced."

"We generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff made up the room wonderfully every day. The restaurant served very good food but often closed early and the bar only stayed open until 10 pm even on Friday and Saturday night. There were some issues that were bothersome. Women’s bathroom in lobby was out of order the whole 10 days we were there. Television in room kept going in and out because they use satellite service. The second day it rained and there was visible leaking from ceilings in lobby, entrance to Bistro and in corridor from guest rooms on first floor, with buckets to catch water. We were in room 215 and the first or second night there was someone in the room next door playing music very loudly until well after midnight. Inside appearance was somewhat run down. Peeling wallpaper visible in lobby. There were no darts for the dart board in the bar area. There was no breakfast service at the Bistro on Sat 8/8."

"Was happy that they came in and cleaned the room every day and changed the sheets. Receptionist was really friendly and explained all the policies. My mom appreciated the coffee and pastries in the morning. Will be back next year for our annual convention. Location was excellent only three minutes from where we needed to be."
