They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. "We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Loved the peace and quiet. The church bells are very present, but they are quiet after 10 PM and do not start until 7:30 AM. There is no elevator, so be aware if you need one. Parking is on premises. That was not very clear to us so we ended up dropping our luggage off on the lowest floor. If you go to the parking address first, you’ll end up one floor higher! 😂 The breakfast was fine, the cappuccino was amazing, served by a very nice young gentleman."

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile").
