Between the shores of Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, this charming town offers wine tastings at family-owned vineyards along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Explore the nearby Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge where eagles soar above marshlands and hiking trails reveal spectacular lakeside views.
Reception staff very helpful with signposting us to good restaurants and wine tasting. Location good for the lakes. Good clean accommodation. Pool is excellent.

Did what it needed to, clean and a decent shower. Very nice staff on the front desk. Only improvement is to have a refillable water station so that I could have topped up my bottle. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Mc Donald's breakfast burrito was awful!!! a joke, but that is not their fault, I wish I had got a muffin instead! Booked online as cheaper than the rack rate for walk ins...

Beautiful setting and a great view from our room, looking out to Lake Seneca. Staff were lovely and really helpful and after visiting other wine vineyards, we actually thought ours was the best and we purchased a few bottles!

Wow, what an amazing hotel. We booked last minute as we weren’t happy with a VRBO nearby. It was great value for a last minute booking. We got the Premium King Room and it was AMAZING! It was enormous and had 2 bathrooms and a living area. It was meticulously clean and we slept so soundly and safely. The rooms were really sound proof too. What an excellent hotel. The casino was also excellent fun, again spotlessly clean and the staff were all wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was great....

The hotel and staff were lovely. The garden was like being on the set of the Sound of Music! Beautiful. We stayed on a Tuesday night which was jazz in the garden evening. The music was a lovely unexpected addition to our stay. For such a lovely hotel, the food was very disappointing and although we would stay there again, we would prefer to eat out. The food was expensive and did not come up to the expectations of the menu.

Cabin was great, so clean and really well equipped, we asked for a couple of extra items. These turned up almost immediately with some extras that we hadn’t thought about. Fantastic location, mega peaceful and the lake was amazing!

The hotel is about a 30 min walk to the lake. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. There wasn't much to do at the hotel but we just used it as a base to explore.

The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good with a decent variety of food. The room was a good size with wonderful views of the lake.
A stunning place for a short stay.
