As is the case with most hotels in Europe, the air conditioning does not operate at this time of year; they fail to take into account—at the very least—those tourists who are accustomed to using it regardless of the season. The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room.

Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and showers were great!!
Mountain View from our balcony was beautiful! Full breakfast included with many delicious choices—something for everyone!
Location was excellent! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Thank you for a lovely experience; your resort set the bar high for the rest of our trip! 😊

Great location on the banks of the Rhine River. Several wooded walking trails from the hotel. There is a water filtration pump station right next to the hotel that gives off a foul odor, which is unfortunate.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was good.
