"Staying at this apartment was super nice. The staff was exceptional and were very helpful with everything we needed. I was extremely blown away by how helpful and nice all the staff was. I definitely felt as if I was staying at home. "
"Excellent hotel and the receptionist (Anastasia) was so welcoming on arrival and helpful during our stay. Only issue we had was the lack of towels for the room which some had seen better days. Would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Cyprus."
"Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. "
"Client didn't get reserved room, no key was available, by watsapp he was suggested to move to another place by taxi and pay himself, since Property didn't provide a taxi, a new place appeared to be a hostel with a room for many people, while separate room was booked"
"The room we were supposed to stay in was occupied by some people for apparently already longer period of time (2 weeks), they were aggressive when we confronted them. The owner didn't help us whatsoever and of course refused to refund because of "company policy"
