If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

I don’t leave reviews often but the staff was excellent, air conditioning was ample, and room was super clean and comfortable.

Great location- near train station & airport. Very clean hotel with cool decor. Breakfast was excellent, wished we could stay onger.

Wonderful service and very convenient to all attractions nearby. Will book again. Highly recommended.

La señora que me recibió dejó que pudiera guardar mi equipaje antes del check in pues llegué temprano y tuvo mi cuarto listo súper rápido. Súper amable. Muchísimas gracias. Necesitaba un lugar donde dormir una noche de escala en la ciudad sin demasiado lujo y con aire acondicionado para combatir los 40 grados de Madrid y el hotel fue muy conveniente en cuanto relación precio/calidad. La habitación era pequeña y también el baño pero suficiente para un viajero solo. Saludos.
