"The rooms were very small for two people but ok if traveling alone. Breakfast was good but we ate at the hotel next door because the kitchen and desk area were close for repair. The staff was great and the parking very good for road trip travelers"

"A lovely hotel as a stopover - old building but modern inside. Generic hotel decor so not much character. Small outside space with tables. Free parking with EV charge points, although these were not working during our stay. Staff were great as we’d left some items behind, which they looked after until we were able to pick them up."

"A very warm welcome, the room was very spacious, large comfortable bed, excellent shower. Ideally located to explore the town. We stopped on route to the ferry, not enough time spent there, we intend to return and next time will will arrive earlier, to allow time to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, then take in the atmosphere of the old town."

"Good all rounder, staff were pleasant, rooms were clean, lots of parking. Bathroom was a little small but workable. "

"We had room on the top floor everything it was fine,comfy bed and nice shower We had a drink and a meal in the restaurant only 3 choices but again very nice and well presented The hotel had a large coach party in and the 3 staff done very well to keep everyone happy and fed Basic hotel but good value and great staff"
