Loved the atmosphere

Property and staff were excellent. Food was delicious.

Loved the secludiveness of this property. Although it's an all adult there still happened to be babies, kids and young teens. Nothing to overwhelming BUT they should have another pool for the kids or for JUST ADULTS. The place did have a smell to it but your in a different country so nothing is really going to be A1. They do try to sell you a luxury Vacation (like a Timeshare but it's nowhere near) tip: lest questions and interest you'll be out in 30-90 min! But can take ALL DAY!! Ask for accommodations if presentation takes longer and into your vacation time. Overall it was a nice property!

Staff was excellent. Getting around you can use the shuttle but you may have to wait a bit.

Atlantis is a beautiful hotel with a stunning beach, but the rooms are in serious need of an update. The room we stayed in had a broken dishwasher that was never replaced during our stay. The kitchenware including pots, pans, and the toaster was in poor condition: scratched, rusty, and generally unusable. We requested replacements but were given items in the same dirty and worn-out state. The furniture was outdated, and the sofa and chairs were in desperate need of new covers. For a hotel charging over $1,000 per night, the room quality fell far short of expectations. While the beach and overall property are impressive, the condition of the accommodations was disappointing.
