The location was centralized in Rolla and was convenient to numerous amenities. There are a LOT of restaurants in Rolla, and this property was less than two miles from just about every one we looked for and went to. The property owner did a nice job fixing the place up and maximizing the space. It's small, but we had plenty of room for the two of us. We appreciated the cleanliness and the amenities of Tessa's Mona Lisa House. For showering, the water pressure was great and the water hot--better than at some of the Rolla hotels! The bungalow is in a convenient location, close to S&T and to Price Chopper--only 5 minutes away. The check-in process is extremely easy, and there were no keys to have to worry about (but one IS available if you prefer that over the keypad entry). What I especially appreciated was Tessa's FAST response to messages I sent and attention to a specific query I had during our visit. You will feel very welcomed (IMO) when you arrive and will enjoy reading Tessa's story behind this house as well as stories of other sojourners passing through.
