The room we stayed in had some updates but the carpet was literally peeling up in squares and the ceiling had water damage. The dryer was not working, it took almost 2 hours and my clothes still were not dry. When I told the front desk I was told it is a 3rd party vendor and that a trouble ticket had been filed, but no apology for my inconvenience or offer to refund the $1.75 I paid twice to have my clothes not dry. The room was spacious, 392 square feet, but there was no water pressure at all in the shower. Normally I find Hampton Inns to be upscale for the price point, but I was very disappointed. They definitely need to fix the ceiling and Re-carpet for this price.
