"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). "I typically choose this hotel for business because of its fantastic location next to the main tram stops, making my commute to the office effortless. Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review last time, but due to the odor, I’m rating it a 4. Otherwise, it's a highly recommended stay for both business and leisure travelers wanting to be just a short, walkable distance from the city center."

We enjoyed the candy jars everywhere and the breakfast spread was amazing! Above aqnd beyond expectations! But the staff was the best part of our stay. The front desk reception was very nice and informative and helped us with transportation, and the bar was perfect! Open after a long day and during the day and the staff was fantastic!"
