Welcome to Sea Salt Villa by Emerald Club Exuma! This 5,300 sq.ft., 7-bedroom brand new oceanfront modern home offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for your upcoming vacation. We are located on an award-winning PGA golf course in a private gated community, overlooking the beautiful turquoise water of Exuma. The Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests. There are stunning ocean views from every room in the house. Sea Salt Villa features 12 foot high ceilings on two levels, with an open concept floorplan. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, so there is enough space and privacy for everyone. The large main level living space opens up to a large infinity pool with a wading area with water loungers. There is also a covered patio featuring an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, dining area, and an extra restroom, for all your entertaining needs. Inside, the large main living area opens up to the gourmet kitchen that features high-end appliances. In this main level space, there are many areas to socialize, dine, have drinks, and also watch your favorite shows and movies on the 70" Smart TV.
