Besides it's ideal location, the villa is one one level, very bright as ideally exposed. Has 3 bedrooms : the master bedroom having it's own bathroom and view on the pool. It has a double bed. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedroom have fitted wardrobes. There is also a second bathroom. There is also a little bed (child) and a high babychair The living room is spacious and has design furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffeemaker, electric water kettle, juicer, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, fridge, deepfreezer ....
In the dining corner, you have a table with 6 chairs. In the living room, you have a big sofa, pouf, television with all the French, Belgian (French and Flemish), German, Dutch, Austrian and some English channels.
Outside, you have a very big terrace (73 m2) with it's garden furniture (table, 6 chairs, sunloungers, parasols and a barbecue and of course the pool.On top of the house, you have a huge solarium of 84 m2. You can also park your car in the property. WIFI is free.
Bedsheets, towels for bath and kitchen are available (not the beachtowels).
We also have a baby bed and a high chair.

The guarantee is 300 €.
At the keyremittance, the stand of the electricitycounter is noted and this is done as well when leaving the villa. The electricityconsumption is included till 100 kwh/week and this should be sufficient for a normal use of the airconditioning (windows and doors closed).
The cleaning of the villa costs 96 € and also includes 2 washing machines of dirty sheets and towels when LEAVING the villa (for any additional washing machine, a suppl. of 10 € per mach will be charged. During your stay you can of course, used the washing machine as much as you wish.
at 200 m from the house there are 3 FREE tennis courts. At 50 m from the house you have a free petanque court and a free children's playground.

Nice property

Nice villa. We thought we could walk to a restaurant but that’s not so easy. You never know the exact address until you get there with this system. We met someone at the supermarket next door and then shown to and around the property. The supermarket is very good and just a 2 minute walk. A/C is great, pool is great. Enjoyed our holiday.

Lovely quiet break

Communication good with Chantal and Miguel for check in. Had no issues during stay. Villa clean on arrival and information supplied on amenities. Size ample for a family of 5 and kitchen supplied with enough utensils and cleaning products. Only issue was only 5 sunbeds and had to bring 2 down from the rooftop and clean them as very dusty. Pool warm like a bath. Location walking distance to good Consum supermarket but a little too far in 32 degree heat to walk to the strip of ciudad quesada and didn’t find anything closer. All in all a good base and pleasant villa for a break .

Great family holiday in Rojales

The property is new and modern, very spacious, with an open plan kitchen diner, living area, 3 double bedrooms main with ensuite and a second bathroom, both with showers. Beds were really comfortable and air con throughout. Has a lovely pool and terrace area with a table and chairs for 6, a full size awning that kept this area out of the sun and cooler and a second awning off the house to cover the sunbeds if required. Gated entrance for parking and a large roof terrace with further seating area and awning. Very quiet area, which was great for relaxing, supermarket 300 yds away, a few local bars and restaurants, but worth having a car to be able to travel to Benimar or Quesada both10 mins away where there is lots of options for food derink and entertainment. Guardamar beach is15 mins away and Villa Martin with La Zenia beach 20 minutes away. Host very amenable and quick to respond to any questions, would definetely recommend this house, we loved it.

Auf den ersten Blick ganz schön, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen...

Wir kamen Sonntag Abend an und waren erst mal zufrieden. Beim Koffer auspacken sahen wir dann, das im Bad die Möbel vom Wasser aufgequollen waren, die Dusche hat in den Silikonfugen Schimmel und die Fliesen in der Dusche sind voll mit braunen Ablagerungen, welche man einfach hätte wegputzen können. Die große Glastür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad lässt sich nicht schließen, weil sie nicht mehr in der Schiene läuft. Die Brandmelderträger sind an der Wand montiert, die erforderlichen Aufsätze zum Auslösen liegen schön aufgereiht in einer Schublade. Der Dunstabzug in der Küche triefte vor Fett. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt, da die Luftauslässe sehr verschmutzt sind und wir nicht wussten, ob da die Bakterienlast evtl sehr hoch ist. Den Pool konnten wir erst nach vier Tagen benutzen, da der Poolman so lange gebraucht hat um ihn zu reinigen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets sehr gut und sie war sehr bemüht. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist auch sehr nett. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön gewesen, da man Abends nicht lüften konnte ohne Stechmücken im Haus zu haben. Insgesamt gesehen fanden wir das Haus von der Art her sehr schön, es gehört jedoch einiges renoviert und ausgetauscht und ist für diesen Zustand einfach zu teuer.

Endlich Sonne

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sicheren Neubaugebiet in unmittelbarer Umgebung eines Supermarktes. Von hier aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten die Küste. Der Check in lief reibungslos. Das Haus ist auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet, sauber, Handtücher reichlich vorhanden. Küche mit allen Utensilien, inklusive Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die schöne Woche in ihrem Haus. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Familie G.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin war einfach perfekt und sehr nett. Wir haben uns entschieden nur 4 Sterne zu geben, was nicht mit dem Haus sondern mit der Umgebung zu tun hatte. Bis auf den Supermarkt konnte man nicht fussläufig Restaurants erreichen. Die Zone ist nahezu nur ein Wohnbereich.Nichtsdestotrotz ist das Haus ganz klar eine Empfehlung.

Heerlijk huis!

We hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Heel comfortabel huis, alles gelijkvloers en licht. Rustige omgeving. Als fervente golfers genoten van La Marquesa en La Finca. Leuk en gemakkelijk contact met de eigenaren. We komen volgend jaar zeker terug!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen...!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Wir haben tagsüber hauptsächlich den Pool und die Dachterrasse genutzt. Nachts ist gerade die Klimaanlage im Sommer sehr wertvoll. Der Verwalter und die Eigentümer sind sehr aufmerksam immer erreichbar und kümmern sich sehr schnell um Anliegen.

Leuk verblijf / Top communicatie met eigenaars.

Leuk huis met pluspunt alles gelijkvloers. Dicht bij winkel Consum. (3 min. wandelen). Bij aankomst zagen we dat het zwembad redelijk troebel was en dat de barbecue stuk was. Na contact met de eigenaar werd er direct actie ondernomen. Poolman stond er direct de morgen daarna en er werd ook dezelfde dag een nieuwe barbecue gebracht. Top service!!!!!

Heel mooie vakantiewoning in rustige buurt maar toch alles dichtbij

Super verlof in mooie ruime woning , woning was heel net en alles was aanwezig zoals vermeld in de beschrijving, heel vlot prettig contact met huisbewaarder en ook eigenaar is steeds bereikbaar voor info en tips over de omgeving . Huis beschikt over alle comfort , voldoende ruim zwembad en terras met overkapping als te warm. We komen zeker terug Ann en co

Helaas viel deze woning tegen.

We hadden veel verwacht van deze woning aangezien er goede recensies op de site staan. De communicatie met Chantal is goed en correct , echter de woning valt tegen in de schoonmaak met name .......Vieze beddengoed met gele en andere ondefinieerbare vlekken in de dekbedden, koelkast waar nog eten in stond en deze dus de gehele vakantie een bedorven lucht afgaf. De waterkoker stond laag beschimmeld water in besteklade en pannen met etensresten en over het algeheel slechte schoonmaak ! Ook heeft deze woning een opknapbeurt nodig aangezien er nogal wat kapotte dingen zijn ........de bank met een zitting die zijn beste tijd heeft gehad waardoor we elke dag wel moesten stofzuigen om de troep van de grond te ruimen. Badkamer deur , kastdeurtjes in de keuken en de prullenbak die stuk is in de keuken ! Zwembad was ronduit troebel en konden we niet in zwemmen de eerste dagen totdat er een poolboy was geweest. Kortom deze woning verdient wat extra aandacht in het onderhoud en schoonmaak. Helaas is er tijdens ons verblijf met de klachten die we meteen hebben gegeven geen actie ondernomen en vandaar deze recensie .........gemiste kans voor de verhuurder en de sleutelman, die wij overigens niet meer hebben gezien. , ook niet toen we de eerste dag een melding deden aan de verhuurder. Wat wij ook erg hinderlijk vonden is dat er tijdens een afwezigheid van ons iemand het appartement heeft betreden zonder dat wij daarvan in kennis waren gesteld........kostbare spullen in de woning achtergelaten en woning op alarm dan ga je er vanuit dat er niemand zomaar naar binnen kan. Voelt niet goed en best wel respectloos. Ik had graag een aanbeveling gedaan voor deze woning , maar door de gebeurtenissen heb ik dit niet positief kunnen doen

Super séjour

Accueil au top de la part de Miguel qui c’est très bien occupé de nous et nous a donné toutes les informations concernant le fonctionnement de la villa. La villa est très bien équipée et à proximité d’un supermarché 3minutes à pied l’aéroport ce trouve à environ 40 minutes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Chantal.
