Villa "Angela", 2 storeys, built in 2024\. 2 km from the centre of Rogoznica, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. 50 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, rocky beach 30 m. Marina 3 km. Please note: airfield 36 km from the property.  
6-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Large terrace 100 m2\.
