House for 16 persons: approx. 250 m2, over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a living and dining area with air conditioning, two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and a shared bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower, accessible via a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where three self-contained residential units are located. The first unit consists of an apartment with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a smaller living area with kitchenette and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. The second unit features two bedrooms connected by an open passage, air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. The third unit includes a bedroom with a double bed, a couch, air conditioning, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi Internet is available free of charge. Parking is provided for up to 10 cars on the premises. In autumn, guests are welcome to experience the olive harvest, if desired. Your hosts also offer homemade products such as olive oil. For entertainment, there is foosball inside the house, and outdoors you will find a table tennis and a badminton net. Youth groups are welcome in this house.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
