Welcome to this semi-detached house with private outdoor pool.  
  
The two-storey vacation home is located on a shared property and consists of two two-bedroom apartments connected by an external staircase. The house is therefore ideal for two families who want to spend their vacations together.  
  
Outside you have several terraces and the pool at your disposal. Enjoy the sun here, invite family or friends for a barbecue or just enjoy the pleasant climate with a glass of wine in the evening.  
  
In the surrounding area you can swim from the plateau or pebble beach or take a day trip to the popular Trogir.

Es war einfach alles perfekt! 🤩Die Vermieter sind so zuvorkommend und nett, hilfsbereit, der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, der Garten schön mit Zitronen,- Orange-, und Mandarinenbaum, Olivenbaum, gemütlicher Gartengarnitur, Lounge, Liegen… Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut und alles da was man braucht!Der Ort Razanj ist ein kleines Dorf mit allem was man braucht, 5 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung (ca. 1 Gehminute) Bäckerei, Studenac und Ribola Markt… ein Einheimischer verkauft täglich frisches Obst und Gemüse, es sind Cafe‘s da wo man auch sehr gut frühstücken kann! Hier kann man Urlaub machen ohne viel Trubel und Massentourismus! 😁Auch die Preise in den Restaurants sind normal und das Essen überall sehr gut! Unsere Lieblingsrestaurant war das „Oliveo“! Das Personal überall sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr guter Service!Der öffentliche Strand ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, sehr sauber, schön, Eis für Kinder und Eltern 😅 vor Ort! Der Hafen ist ebenso unmittelbar nebenan… abendliche Spaziergänge wunderschön!Wir kommen garantiert wieder hier her… waren schon oft in Kroatien, in Razanj das erste mal- aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal! 🇭🇷🇭🇷😎🙏🏻 Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!
