Villa Somnium is located just 80 meters from the sea in Rogoznica, a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia.
This villa offers amazing sea view from every area and is an ideal base for those wishing to further explore the beauty of the Dalmatia coast.
On the ground floor there is garage for two cars and parking space in front of where it can fit up to 3 extra cars.
Villa consists of two separate apartments on first and second floor. You have at your disposal 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen. You can enjoy in large garden with stone table and wooden benches and chairs, barbeque and private pool with sun loungers and ourdoor shower.
Inside, beside the rooms, you can spend your free time in newly built gym for a great workout.
