You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Book Villa Basic and get relaxed with wine and beautiful sunset from top floor
Villa Basic is located in small and quiet place called Kanica. Kanica is 10 min from Rogoznica by car. In Kanica you can find beautiful white sand beach, coffe bar, ice cream ,restaurant. Closest market (Studenac) is in Dvornice ,and its on the way to the Kanica from main road on arrival. Please have in mind it is place for relaxing and no partying. Villa have WIFI , 3 bedrooms , 2 on top flor, and one in ground floor. You can also have in mind that we have place to sleep for 7-8 adults MAX , or 5 adults and 4 smaller children.In living room couch for sleep can be opened for children . In backyard of Villa you can have BBQ. On first flor you can have your nice BBQ dinner and watch beautiful sunset. And in the morning when sun is still down take your coffe and enjoy the view. We have 2 bikes for adults and you can ride them for free. This is quiet and relaxing neighborhood. You can hear just birds and cicadidae singing on hot sun. Enjoy silence and have a good relaxing time in our Villa. If you need anything or you have some emergency you can have it from house on left or right of Villa Basic. Sea and BEACH is like 150m from Villa just straight down then right, and 300m to WHITE SAND BEACH (RINA) also straight down then left, restaurant and coffe bar near Rina beach. In the night many locals with kids or grandkids after dinner goes to coffe bar (selling ice cream).
