Slabší bylo vybavení kuchyně i když též velmi kvalitní, ale nedostatečné pro toho, kdo si vaří. Nejslabší bylo parkování, parkovalo se za sebou, takže dost často se muselo auty šíbovat, podle toho ,jak kdo potřeboval vyjet.
