Whether you're here to paddle the famous Gorge Underground, hike the iconic arches of Red River Gorge, or simply unwind in the mountains, our spacious cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Designed for groups and families, this open-concept studio-style cabin maximizes space without sacrificing style. With soaring ceilings (18' most of house) & plenty of natural light, it’s a refreshing retreat to return to after a day on the trails.

Prime Location: Located just 4 minutes from the Gorge Underground and a HALF MILE from the Greenhouse wedding venue. 20 minute drive or less to countless attractions and the best restaurants in the area (message host for recommendations)

Wedding Ready: Only minutes from top Red River Gorge venues! Plenty of mirror space (full length mirror in every room) and 3 massive King beds to keep the bridal party comfortable and wrinkle-free.

UTV & Trailer Friendly: Massive gravel driveway with easy "pull-through" access—no stressful backing up with your rigs or trailers!

Amenities:
- Full service, complimentary coffee bar with a variety of coffee, creamers, and flavor pumps. We even have to go cups for guests!
- Brand new Bueno Spa Hot Tub and privacy fence
- Brand new Octagonal fire pit just off the front doors (photos to come soon)
- Charbroiler 4 burner propane grill steps from the patio table (propane included)
- 1 acre flat lot for games (ladder ball, cornhole, disc golf, football, bocce ball, and more)

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property* and yard amenities.

*except the owner's closet in the primary bedroom that holds supplies

Other things to note
- HOT TUB: Guests using the hot tub are using it at their own risk. We have the hot tub balanced after each guest, but please note there are still agents in the water to keep the PH level regulated. It is HIGHLY recommended to shower before and after hot tub use to minimize potential skin irritation. Those with sensitive skin are advised to use the hot tub with caution.******ADDITIONALLY - if our hot tub service team needs to drain and replace the water for any reason from your stay (excess dirt, spray tanner, glass or food in the water, etc), guests will be charged $250. Our team takes a picture of the hot tub before and after each guest stay. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to me ahead of time.

- We provide guests with a "starter pack" of toiletries, laundry, and kitchen supplies, but longer stay guests will need to provide anything in excess.

- There are 2 fire extinguishers on the premises. 1 is underneath the kitchen sink.

- Some lights are on timers and will automatically go off at night if they are left on.

- Trash service comes on Wednesday and empties the two bins outside the house.

- Pullout couch bed supplies should be in the primary room closet. If they are not there, please contact me and I will send someone from our cleaning team to the house to assist.

- If anything breaks or gets damaged, please let me know so I can replace it for you/the next guest as soon as possible. Depending on the item, I am a lot less likely to charge for it if I am made aware of it ahead of time.
