"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."

Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. "Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable.
Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."
