This is a wonderfully located holiday home in Rodès, 2.1 km from a beautiful lake, Lac de Vinça.



This holiday home offers you an authentic façade and modern design, characterised by black and white furnishings and light colour accents. It is ideal for two people who want to enjoy plenty of space, peace and relaxation. Make use of the barbecue on the terrace to round off your evenings together or sit outside in the morning to welcome the first rays of sunshine.



In summer, you can enjoy activities on the lake such as paddling, canoeing, inflatable games and pedal boating. You should visit some of the charming villages that dot the Têt valley, including Eus, a medieval village recognised as one of the "most beautiful villages in France", but also known for being the sunniest in France, or Ille-sur-Têt, which hides a natural treasure: a spectacular rock formation called the "Ille-sur-Têt Organs". This holiday home is just 33 minutes from Canet-en-Roussillon and 26 minutes from the beautiful city of Perpignan.
