Our Roku TV boxes give free access to a wide selection of Spectrum Cable Channels, and also allows you to login to your own personal streaming TV providers, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, Disney, etc. There is a boardwalk to the pool and over the dune to the beach. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Rodanthe Pier. Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Measures In response to the current crisis, our cleaning service has significantly enhanced its protocols to ensure your safety. Additionally, we have installed a UV light disinfection system in our HVAC unit to help eliminate airborne COVID-19, as well as other viruses and bacteria. To allow our team ample time for thorough cleaning, our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, if cleaning is completed earlier, a notice will be placed on the door, and you may enter as soon as 2:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our space safe and clean. POOL - POOL - For 2026, the pool should be open from May 16 through October 18\. Please do not take any glass containers to the pool. There is no lifeguard. Please watch your children closely. LINENS and TOWELS: Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are NOT provided with this rental. We do provide blankets, pillows, and comforters. RENTAL POLICY: From May through September we rent Saturday to Saturday only. Other than that, there is a 3 night minimum for the remainder of the year. Our Condominium Bylaws do not allow Dogs and we do not allow any other pets. Minimum Primary Renter Age is 23. ID and RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require that you e-sign our rental agreement and also that you provide a clear and legible copy of your drivers license or government issued picture ID with your current address. Failure to provide this within 48 hours of your reservation may be considered as your cancellation of your reservation and possible loss of your payment, based on our refund policy. REFUND POLICY: We know that things can happen. You can purchase trip insurance that provides reimbursement if you can't make your trip. Our refund policy is 97% if cancellation is received before 60 days out, and 50% if received more than 30-59 days out. The 97% is because the credit card company does not refund the credit card fee. It is not uncommon to have a mandatory evacuation from the coastal areas during Hurricane Season and it seems to happen at least once every few years. You will not receive any reimbursement unless you have purchased travel insurance, which is available during initial booking. In the event of a hurricane, please bring the outdoor furniture into the living room, close and lock all doors and windows, then depart ASAP. If you will need housing, call and make reservations at another hotel out of the evacuation area immediately, before or while leaving, because all regional hotels fill rapidly during evacuations. The property was bright, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck looking out over the ocean. You can see and hear the ocean from just about everywhere in the condo. The balcony with high chairs is wonderful when the weather cooperates. Very nice floor plan with comfortable, adjustable king size mattress in master bedroom. The communication by the hosts was the most thorough we have ever experienced.
