Ibizan villa on one floor and with barbecue and fenced pool, so that parents with children are calm. Everything is for private use. The 600-meter plot has a multitude of charming corners and areas to eat, have a coffee or just relax ... Located near the main beaches of Roda de Barà, the house has everything you need (towels, bedding, utensils) to make your stay as comfortable as possible, to make you feel at home. Accommodation It is a very quiet residential area and the nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car. A special and calm air is breathed in the upper part of the pool. Ideal to meditate and relax on the hanging swing. It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and from the pool area you can also see the sea, in a very relaxed and calm environment. The kids have lots of places to play and there is a ping pong table in the garage. Access to the barbecue and pool area is via a small staircase. It is possible to park at the door of the house. Services and common areas It is a private house with 600 m of land for private use and enjoyment. There is a sports area just behind the house with paddle tennis courts, and they offer bar and restaurant services at very affordable prices. The whole house receives filtered water with an individual osmosis circuit. The service of gardening and maintenance of the swimming pool is given on Thursdays. The maintenance person has keys from outside the house and enters independently by calling the bell first to notify guests of their arrival. Attention to guests During your stay, you can contact us at any time for any unforeseen event, by email, wassap or telephone.
