No mention of it anyhwere before you physically check in. The receptionist was not nice let alone professional for someone working at the front desk. The indoor pool is basically a glass box inside the parking lot and the water was very murky. The breakfast is frozen packaged food microwaved. We tried to stay positive but every next step you discover something new that's far below your lowest expectations. The only positive was the small quite gym with decent equipment."
