"Location is very good.We stayed for only 2 nights so we didn't really avail the programs and amenities except for the mini golf which we had fun.The elks roaming as around is amazing.Only issue we had is the shower.IThe hot/cold is hard to control.Other than that we enjoIl yed our stay."

"Despite being a four-star hotel, which led me to expect a higher standard of service and cleanliness, my experience was quite disappointing. When I entered the room, I noticed several stains on the table and lipstick marks on the glasses. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned, with stains, dirt, and mineral buildup around the soap holder and inside the shower. Overall, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before it was given to us. The hotel was not busy during our stay, yet we were given a room with a poor view and very little privacy. Another room was located directly opposite ours, very close to our door, allowing guests to easily look into our room. The service was also disappointing. When I asked for water, the staff told me to drink tap water or purchase bottled water from the restaurant instead of providing it. I also found that some basic requests were not accommodated, which was unexpected for a four-star hotel. On the positive side, the upper-level pool area had a beautiful view. However, even that area was not consistently clean, as the pool floors felt greasy. Overall, the hotel has some nice features, especially the view from the upper-level pool, but the poor cleanliness, disappointing service, lack of privacy, and failure to meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I believe the hotel needs to improve its housekeeping and customer service significantly."
