"Nous recommandons tout de même cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement, son personnel très accueillant, la propreté des chambres et ses excellentes installations. Le plus gros désavantage reste toutefois l’insonorisation pratiquement inexistante. On entend facilement les notifications du téléphone dans la chambre voisine lorsque celui-ci est posé sur la table de chevet, ainsi que les conversations des autres clients. Ce manque d’insonorisation nuit considérablement au confort et à la tranquillité durant le séjour."

"We had an amazing stay at Aspen Lodge! The room was beautiful, and the amenities were great. But our favourite part was definitely the breakfast! 😋 It was delicious, very well organized, and we loved that it was self-serve so we could go back for more whenever we wanted. The location is also AMAZING, right in the heart of Banff! Everything is within walking distance, including the shops, restaurants, and most shuttle pickup points for the lakes and airport, which were only about a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff! ❤️🏔️"

"It is a motel, so heard a little, people coming & going outside, (noisy workers next door), but the walls are great. **Never heard any other guests, otherwise. The door needs weather stripping, you could see outside-that would be so cold in the Winter. Nice office clerks, very friendly & helpful. Smallish room, (bare bones, not even any tissues), but a small kitchen w/ microwave & frig. are nice. Bed was super comfy, and nice crisp sheets."
