WaterFront House w/ Swim Dock near Bagnell Dam

Beautiful, family-friendly waterfront house on Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy the peacefulness and privacy of this 3 bed/2 bathroom house. Home is in the very back of a quiet, no-wake cove. Large dock perfect for relaxing, swimming, and fishing for kids and adults. Whether you are trying to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends, or fishing a tournament, this is the place for you.

House is on the lower end of the lake near Bagnell dam. House is not far from downtown Lake Ozarks, with a 20 minute car ride to shopping malls, or quick boat 5 minute ride across the lake to HH.

Dock includes 2 kayaks to take out, fishing supplies, life jackets, noodles, ladder to get out of water, and more. Dock has a large swim dock attached with chairs for relaxing. Great crappie, catfish, and bass fishing right off dock.

Large upper deck with great lake views. Cozy lower deck with chairs for sitting by lake and relaxing.

House is close in proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and general stores.

Kitchen is fully set up, with all dishes, coffee maker, pots, utensils provided.

There are 5 flights of stairs from the parking lot down to the house so would not advise for people with walking impediments.

Parking lot has room for 3 cars.

Perfect getaway spot on the water!

This place was great for our last minute getaway. The deck was perfect to enjoy coffee in the mornings. Since it was the off season, it was nice that they had cards and board games to play. We’re hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy the swim dock!

Great stay and great hosts!

This is our second time staying at this lake house and we love our experience every time! The house is spacious yet cozy, but a big highlight is the view of the lake. The water on in this cove is so serene and peaceful which makes for the perfect relaxing lake getaway. The host was attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can't recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back again!

Would recommended this property 100%, especially to anyone who would like to escape the more touristy areas of the lake, though those are just a short drive away, or an even shorter boat ride. Property is well kept, nicely decorated and comfortable with a beautiful dock and plenty of room on the porches to relax. The owner, Nick, responded within minutes to any inquiry I had throughout the process. We have a growing family and are planning to make trips to the Lake of the Ozarks a yearly tradition and I'm hoping that this property will be available in the future. This place is the best of both worlds, you get all of the peace and quiet away from the tourist activity and traffic, yet when you want to check it out you are still just a short drive, or VERY short boat ride away. There is a boat rental place just around the corner as well, which makes renting a boat for your trip very easy. Can't stress enough what a great time we had, how beautiful it was there and how simple Nick made the process for us. I would recommend this rental to anyone thinking of spending some time at the lake. Really great experience. Really Beautiful and well kept property and a really accommodating and laid back owner. A+

Girls Trip 2021

The property was a little difficult to find, but we managed. The house itself was perfect for 6 adults. We did discover how out of shape we really were with the 5 flights of stairs. A moving walkway would be preferred ;). Nick, the owner was very responsive and even stopped by to check on his boat, but asked permission from me prior to which I thought was thoughtful. Overall the stay was fantastic and we enjoyed the location and amenities!

Quiet Cove for a Relaxing Getaway

Definitely 5 stars ++++++ The worst part is the amount of stairs but once you are there, you don't want to leave anyway. It was 5 women and we stayed in the water from sun up to sundown. Great deck and an even better house with a great view. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

This place was great for my husband and I. We mainly came to the Ozarks to boat around. The dock was very convenient and our boat fit in the spot great. It is located on a quieter channel on the lake. We really liked being able to boat to bars, restaurants and pretty much wherever else. It is a little far to drive into town to go to restaurants. We didn't mind though. We did grill out and cook some meals at the property. There is a parking spot for your boat trailer. The public launch is close by. Communication with the owners was great. Cute, Quiet Retreat

We were looking to get away from the city for a weekend and a little R&R from all of the recent life stresses. This was a perfect home and quiet get-a-way for us. The area is quiet, secluded, and rustic. The house is exactly as shown if not LARGER in the interior. Having a private dock and slip was the highlight for sun tanning, swimming, and other water activities made easy by the fishing poles, kayaks, and paddle boat provided. Great decks for morning coffee and large windows in the dining area for a beautiful, lake view breakfast. Handy amenities like plenty of towels, extra bedding, and a surplus of seasonings, cutlery, cooking pans, and plates and cups for easy in house dining. So many things we didn’t need to bring as they were provided! Also a great selection of games to play in the living room and a sound system available for some music. Our rainy days were just as fun as the sunny days! We had difficulty finding the house at night using IPhone GPS. It said we’d arrive at the fork of the road (Princeton and the other) when in fact we were to continue down the road (Princeton) and into the circle drive where at the base shown in the photos, is the parking spot adjacent to the steps down to the house. So for us, even following the pictures provided, we had to do a little exploring outside of our “trusty” GPS. The terrain is a gravel road so be conscious of lighter or smaller FWD vehicles. We parked two cars in the parking spot provided and another in the spot right up the road available. Again, not paved and flat so be careful driving. The neighbors were inquisitive and always catching glances our way. We are adults there to enjoy the water and have some adult drinks, all the while being respectful of the beautiful property and area. It felt a little overwhelming at times being so cautiously watched. For families with young children, I’m sure this is to no concern of the watchful neighbors. The owner, Nick, was friendly and above and beyond in his communication and hospitality. Quick to answer all questions. We would love to come back, all seasons of the year as the property is just so beautiful and homey. If you want an authentic, beautiful, and quiet bite of the lake, this is the place! Great value for this luxury retreat!
