Welcome to Lake it Easy! Freshly renovated and ready for fun, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath lake house is your perfect getaway spot on the 5MM of Lake of the Ozarks. With room to sleep up to 10 guests, it’s made for lake days, sunset drinks, and making memories! Enjoy sweeping lake views, modern updates, and a layout designed for relaxing or entertaining. Kitchen/Dining Room The kitchen features striking quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, and a drip coffee maker. Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats six and is framed by panoramic lake views. With tons of natural light, it’s a total vibe from sunup to sundown. Living Room The living room features two full-size sofas, two accent chairs, and a large coffee table—plenty of space for your whole group to lounge comfortably. A flat screen TV is mounted front and center for movie nights or game days. Ample windows bring in tons of natural light and offer lake views from almost every seat. Bedroom 1 This spacious bedroom is located on the main floor. It features a king-sized bed, a closet, and a nightstand. There is a dual access bathroom attached with a single vanity sink and a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, a nightstand, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower. It is absolutley a beautiful house! Clearly updated recently. Two beautiful large decks and a great kitchen and dining area. It is right on the lake so easy access. Enjoyed swimming and fishing! Rented a boat and a jet ski for us to enjoy as well. The only issues we had were we had to space out showers due to the tankless water heater and the family members who slept in the east facing bedrooms in lower level were greeted with the sunrise since there were no window treatments over them.
